Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options for our customers:

Order by Slot booking: This option takes 3-4 Hours to Deliver your order

Express Shipping: This option takes only 60 min to Deliver your order The cost is 70 ₹

Present We ship to all areas of Trivandrum cities as well as Kaniyapuram,kazhakkottam Pothencode,Vembayam,Venjaramoodu, We do not ship to Other than Above mentioned locations 

If there is regular order starting from 50 kg we will deliver other Districts as well 

Order Processing Time

We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 9 Am for Morning orders and order before 5 for Evening slot will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 9 am will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we only ship orders from Monday to Sundays to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation Message with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website and Application 

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Instructions

To ensure that your order arrives in optimal condition, we pack our products in insulated boxes with ice packs or dry ice.

Please provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order, so that we can contact you if there are any issues with your delivery.

If you are not available to receive your order, you can leave a note with instructions for the driver to leave your package at a safe location, such as with a neighbor. However, please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur after the package is delivered.

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order If you are not happy with your order, please contact us before delivery it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a store credit, or a refund. Please note that we do not accept returns of perishable items 

Please do not send back any products without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process your return or refund.
